S&P brings more features to the warehouse: The kitchen manufacturer Häcker Küchen GmbH & Co. KG produces modern fitted kitchens on more than 105,000 m² at its headquarters in Rödinghausen (East Westphalia) and, as part of a modernisation project, has commissioned its long-term solution partner for intralogistics software, S&P Computersysteme GmbH, with the software upgrade to the SuPCIS-L8 user interface.
S&P Computersysteme GmbH was elected »Product of the Year 2021« in the category software with the topic “Warehouse Healing: Path Time Reduction through Intelligent Algorithms and the WMS SuPCIS-L8” in this year's readers' choice of the trade medium of intralogistics materialfluss.
Which trends are currently driving the intralogistics industry? Which should be followed and which not? When does it make sense to deliberately leave something out? These and many more questions were answered by our managing directors Rémy El Abd and Horst Reichert in an interview with Christina Kasper, editor of the trade journal "Technische Logistik".
On 1 December 2018, Rémy El Abd (34) was appointed managing director at S & P Computersysteme GmbH, which specializes in intralogistics IT. Rémy El Abd succeeds Jürgen Probst (70), who founded the company more than 33 years ago. "I am pleased to have found a trusted and experienced partner in Rémy. Together we will drive on the growth path of recent years, which he has already had a big part in building," said Horst Reichert (53), who has lead the company as long-time managing director and shareholder and will now continue to do so together with Rémy El Abd.
S&P Computersysteme has opened a second location near Osnabrück. With a tour of one of the Osnabrück based logistics centers of the textile logistics company and S&P customer Meyer & Meyer and a subsequent ceremonial inauguration, S&P celebrated the new office together with customers and partners on 22 February.
